For the pedants of NSC perhaps I should have been clearer. PL clubs are entitled to at least 3,000 away tickets, unless the capacity is under 30,000, in which case visiting supporters are allocated at least 10% of the capacity. Other than crowd safety concerns from police or authorities, there would be nothing to stop Spurs selling above that allocation if the chose to. Whether they do or not remains to be seen. I'm in the 'I doubt they will' camp.
Not pedantic at all - was pulling you up on this statement:

Premier league maximum allocation is 3000.
Clearly incorrect - you didn't need to make it clearer, you needed to get it right!

u wot m8? ???

What he said - exactly right.

There is no upper limit to what a club can offer. There are minimums. The maximum minimum is the lesser of 3000 or 10% of the grounds capacity. So in most cases and at Wembley (if Spurs play there) the minimum we could be offered would be 3000. I doubt it would be more. However, if we drew Spurs away in the cup we would be allowed 13500 (15%)
