I know you can be sued by law an e'mail is legal.

As proved in recent Norwich Union case where an employee wrote a defamatory coment about another company.

Presumably works the same way with a thread ?

I might be wrong but I reckon this bird is just doing it to line her pockets. Someone told me today that she's already sold her story to a paper, if thats true then that will fcuk up any court case. (Or am I wrong there?)

Yep I read that - doesn't suprise me - with all the speculation it really suprises me that either side will get fair representation in court if it goes that far...
