A few posters on here and The Argus have pointed to the under strength team yesterday against Bristol City.
Brezovan: alternate keeper
Calderon: first choice right back, now fully fit
Vincelot: many fans preferred left back to Painter as more mobile
El-Abd: last year`s Player of the season
Dunk: England U21 subject of Prem League speculation
Bridcutt: Potential Player of the Season subject of Prem League speculation
Forster-Caskey: England U18 regular and our youngest ever first teamer
Sparrow: experienced Championship player finding best form of season
Buckley: cost more than Noone and Lua-Lua together and looked it against Bristol
Mackail-Smith: £2.5m star player
Barnes: 20 goal star of League One Championship side and current top scorer
Subs:
Navarro: solid, experienced pro
Ankergren: League One Championship first team keeper
Hoskins: near £1m scored goals for fun last season in League one
Hall: fine development squad young prospect
Vicente: subject of €35m bid a few seasons ago

Blimey, this team was weak! Bring back the League One squad from a couple of years ago when we had real talent at our disposal. Actually, with yesterday's team, it is no wonder Bristol City looked poor. We played really well I thought.

Think this is a pretty good point actually. Really highlights how much better off we are now than last time we were in the championship.

Just imagine what it'll be like with everyone fit!!

We paid £300k for Hoskins, not that close to a million...

Brezovan is not the 'alternate' keeper...He is the current number 1, Ank was previously dropped, not currently injured or banned & it is he who is the 'alternate'

Currently our 1st choice keeper and deserves the role

Not saying we will win promotion or even make the play offs, but the doom and gloom merchants on here a few weeks ago, before the Saint's game would do well to remember-THIS
