for me it's all about our defense, and how much our midfielders and attackers have to track back and help out.

What will be interesting for me will be our tactics, do we crowd the midfield? pack the defence and rely on the counter-attack?

Whatever way it goes, it will define our season, methinks, if we win, it will send a message around that we can beat anyone in this league, even a draw will give us tremendous respect, a narrow loss would be what everyone expects, and would be not a big deal, if we get "huddersfielded" then all the good work from the last two matches will be undone,

I agree about the keeper, I'd worry if Kuipers was ruled out as Smith is not confident enough, I think he has the skill, but he hasnt seemingly got the command of his area and as such would be a liability against Leeds.

My biggest worry is Bradley Johnstone attacking Whing and then when Leeds have a corner Whing doing his usual and tug somebody's shirt. I think Tunnicliffe and Elphick will control Beckford and Becchio but not sure about Whing.

Becchio is out with an injury?

We are capable of beating Leeds but we will have to play really well and ride our luck to do it, imo. A draw is more likely I think but then a defeat would not be a massive suprise either. Can't decide. I just pray we don't get thumped.

Watched Leeds last week playing Grimsby in JPT. I know it was only a tin pot trophy, but Leeds did have a strong side out i.e Beckford, Johnson, Snodgrass, Vokes etc.

I know it was only Grimsby, but Leeds did look complacent especially centre halfs. If Grimsby had any sort of attack they would have scored more than the once. Thought Leeds full backs were a bit slow as well

Bradley Johnson was very good, especially running with the ball. He certainly needs closing down as he does have a shot on him.

Snodgrass is on fire as well. He played on the left that night, so El Abd will have a very testing time. Bennett may have to a doubling up on him. That’s a shame, as I think left to attack, he could really put Leeds full backs under pressure. Cant wait for McNulty to be fit as not having a proper left back really blunts us as an attacking force down that side

Against Grimsby Leeds had a very tall player (Vokes?) standing at the near post for corners etc who flicked the ball on and caused all sorts of chaos in the box. Tunnicliffe will presumably have to counter that.

Leeds are a very good side and I think a draw will be a very very good result.

Cant see it though. Leeds will win, but that’s no big thing. Leeds will win this league at a canter. What matters is our performance.

After recent results nothing other than a 3-0 4-0 to bha should be expected, anything less would be failure.

Can Gus survive a defeat though? With the pressure on managers these days surely if we lose he will have to go?

I am getting a little concerned that many fans are getting a little carried away with the two results so far.
All of a sudden we have become world beaters with the same players that have kept us in the relegation zone.
I do think he will improve the teams performance and it will be interesting when be starts to bring in his own players, but until then I ask we keep our feet on the ground.

Hahaha that made me laugh.

He may score a few against us, but aslong as his general play isn't very good then we should be okay

A lot of you are missing one important point - it is due to piss down tomorrow afternoon. This could be a bit of a leveller (or the match may be called off). If the forecast is right I think long ball will be the way to go - maybe dickenson instead of murray ?

But you're not worried about El-Abd trying to deal with Robert Snodgrass?

1-1 tomorrow will do me rather nicely, obviously a win would be ideal but I would more than take a draw of any kind. I can see us scoring, Ankegren and Higgs are both shocking in their goal. I think they'll score aswell, no offence to Graham Smith but he's starting to remind me of Wayne Henderson.... Scary times. Anyhoo, 1-1 is my prediction.
