Lets be honest, the new stadium is fantastic but we all expect that there will be a very large number people who turn up just to be there and experience it and who have never been to a Brighton game in their lives. In fact ask them about the Withdean and they will probably reply 'Whos with Dean? What?, my Dean.?'

On a good day the atmosphere can be brilliant and those of us who have been following this club for years will always turn up. The atmosphere is what we make it but games of this nature, while a little flat do give others the chance to experience the stadium and hopefully breed a new generation of Albion supporters.

Take these type of days as they come and i'm sure come the 31st when we head for Selhurst those of us that are there will more than out sing 'those we don't speak of...'

I certainly know that me and the 15 strong group i'm going up with will!

its all well and good till we get this left side/right side lark. now that's pathetic really. the wrexham fans were brilliant.

The volume generated by that exchange is good-it's a shame the chant is so lame and nearly always precedes a dangerous attack by the opposition. Keep the volume, drop the chant.

I couldn't make it today but listening to the game via Player I wouldn't say we were out-sung at all. The Wrecsam fans were loud but so were Albion fans.

gareed, it's almost like the north stand is saying 'we're responsible for the atmosphere and screw anyone else' it gets plenty noisy everywhere else too..

Thus making you no better than a day tripper today. Sure you'll turn it on for Bristol City though hey?

Eh? So because I wasn't feeling too bothered about the game today, i'm considered a day tripper. I presume you must be a super-fan, singing every single game. Congratulations.

I was surrounded today by many new people probably getting their first experience of the Amex that is good for the future but not for the now they were very quiet I also took my daughter to her first game so another convert. The match itself was pretty flat which didn't help but all in all it was as expected some singing but not up to normal and I hope Wrexham enjoyed their day out it was a good turn out.

Yes mate thats why they call me Super Dan. It's your choice mate. Support the club as you will. It's up to you when you feel like giving it your all although why should it matter who were playing. I have no doubt you'll give the Palarse what for

I really feel that the club need to move the away fans pronto. I saw Brez twice today look behind at them and to my eye seemed intimidated. If we had our fans behind both goals, it could mean that the away keeper may be the one looking behind him.

As for the Wrexham fans, apart from the four clowns down in the south west corner, they were terrific. They got behind their team and were very loud. I think all of North Wales should be very proud of both the team and the fans.

Yes, I will, because I care about the result. Today I didn't, in fact I was more keen on getting a replay so I could do the replay game as it's not a million miles away from me. Just don't go giving it all the "you're not a proper fan" based on not being totally motivated by a 3rd round cup tie, against non league opposition, playing dull football. Sing as you wish, don't try informing others when they should and should not sing thanks.

A few of us decamped to the east stand today from the upper west, for a change. We were looking forward to the wall of noise but it didn't happen. To be fair to the north stand they tried to get the west going. I agree it was a cup game and lot of regular west standers were not in their normal seats. The west lower next to the south was particularly empty.
