How about get fit players in..Buckley has always been a sicknote along with Orlandi and Lualua has always picked up knocks. This is not new news, we knew it in the summer..So act occorginly, which we did with Conway, ok we lost him to Blackburn but who did we replace him with.Some guy who hasn't played since October and quite frankly he is the invisable man on the pitch.Total waste of space, will he come good Who knows but we needed someone to hit the ground running.

So the question remains - what exactly do you want Oscar to do?

We tried to re-sign Conway but were outdone on his wage demands, and we tried to sign Carayol from Middlesbrough but had bids turned down. Oscar can only deal with the hand he's got, and that hand is 3 wingers who struggle for match fitness. You've said start two of them every game but it's simply not possible, we're lucky to get one of them on the pitch for 90 minutes. You can't use that as a stick to beat Oscar with.

If you havn't got the players at your disposal, to play the way you want to. Then you have to change the system to suit the players you do have fit. If there is no pace fit on the wings then play a 3-5-2 system with wing backs. You have to be adaptable to deal with situations, not just play the same system with players that don't suit it....All three wingers injured, then how about this....

Point is if you havn't got the players fit, to play the system/formation you want to play, then you have to adapt with what you have, to get the best results. It called managment, and what a manager gts paid for.....Does that answer you question
