Makes sense that the more players you 'release for duty' the more you get, though I'm struggling to think of that many Euros players, unless they're including qualifiers as well? Shane Long?

And Simon Cox. They must have loads of players who were in squads as well.

Good shout. Like Gera etc. So presumably then Port Vale's £12k would just be for 'supporting the competition' whatever that means, unless it's just a gift for Mickey Adams.
