There was a small interview in Four, Four Two, They were asking him basically if he was gutted that he was now in D2 and playing for Brighton. Don't know what his exact answers were, But the gist is that he is a good bloke who loves playing for Brighton, sees it as an honor to be playing for Brighton and want's to go as far as possible with us.

I'm struggling to think of an Albion player who has made a more positive impression on me in such a short space of time.

He's a legend.

Leon Knight is fast replacing Cullip as my favourite player. You can tell that he just loves scoring goals. Zamora was the nuts but never reacted in the same way when he scored. I loved the way Knight celebrates. He does it in the way in which any of us would if we were out on the pitch playing for OUR TEAM.

It says something when a VD-bespattered 48 year old man with years of footballing experience could learn tons from a hugely-talented 21 year old, attributes like application, loyalty, faith.

Coppell, no matter what you have achieved and may achieve in the future, as a person you're not fit to sniff the steam off Knight's piss.

I hope Sir Dick has got Leon talking to Coppell about loyalty and where the best place to work is.

He could turn out to be the best bit of business ever for this club.

Top scorer and recruitment consultant. What more could we ask for from the guy?

From the Argus today:

Leon Knight basically says we can win promotion anyway. Great line from the little man:

"Everyone wants to test themselves at the highest level, but I think we will be playing Reading next year, so what's the point in changing? If we get our stadium, we will be on a par with them"

This has cheered me up.

Don't you just want to pick him up and give him a big hug !
