Him and Barber clearly didn't see eye to eye. We don't know anything much more than that. Yes some people think they know some of the details towards the end, Reading etc. I'm talking about BEFORE that.

Yep. He was sacked for gross misconduct. He followed the internal appeals process and his dismissal was confirmed. He implied that he would seek legal redress, but in the end chose not to. Ummm, that's about it, I think.
