No disrespect to Paul Camillin, but I think if possible, this is the man to replace Norman Gall as long term co-commentator.

As for Mike Ward, clearly his football knowledge is limited when commenting that he did not understand why Virgo came in for the dropped Elphick. Anyone who went on Saturday will know why Poyet dropped Elphick and what point he was trying to make!

Spoke to Aspinall a few weeks ago. Think he looks younger now than when he played for us. Great lad, told him he scored one of the best goals i ever saw at the Soldstone... just a shame that it was for Carlisle though!

Listening to Paul's comments after Virgo had been sent-off at Leeds, I was convinced that the red card was a complete travesty. Then I saw the incident on TV...blue and white spectacles is about right!

Warren Aspinall is a huge improvement on Norman Gall.

The LuaLuaLua and Porn Star quotes were highlights for me.

I remember him scoring a back header against us for Portsmouth at Fratton Park, really skillful player was Warren and brilliant at the 'niggle'.

Anybody is better than Paul Camillin in my opinion. He is just not right for radio. A commentator needs to speak objectively & without bias. All we ever here from Paul is the gloss & that every foul & goal conceded was not our fault but poor referring etc.
