If this dickhead is manager of this fine club then I'll have no further part in putting money into its bank account.

Mr Bloom, for the sake of everything that is good in this game please come to your senses before making the worst managerial appointment in our history, worse that Jeff Wood, and Hinshelwood by distance.

Surely what counts is a managers ability to get results. What else matters?

How about how they get results, how entertaining it is, the effort and commitment shown, etc, etc - some people enjoy that just as much as the final result

Would you rather watch a negative game in which neither team has a shot and ends 0-0 or a game with lots of incidents, chances and talking points that ends 0-0?

Oh all right, be picky then. The point I was trying to make is that I don't care if Jack The Ripper became manager as long as he was able to get us back to winning ways.

To me, you need to be a bit of an arsehole to be a footy manager these days, the nice ones never seems to prosper!

What a load of shit, all these twats saying I'll have nothing more to do with club if Wise becomes manager, you know you'll all come crawling back when we're top of the league, you'll all come crawling back once we move into the new stadium. Lets face it you're all just mouthing off on an Internet forum.
I'm not a massive Wise fan but he will attract the kind of player we need to acheive success and as much as I like Slade I don't think he can !

As a person I think Wise is a shit but if he was appointed manager I'd support him because I'd support anyone managing Brighton. I like Slade as a person, I hope he starts getting results and I'd be genuinely sad if he were given the boot but the club will live on.

If Wise came in and got us playing the kind of football we want to see and getting results then it would prove to be a good appointment. Tony Bloom has secured the future of this club so he has every right to choose who he likes as manager. Some people really are getting over-emotional about what is basically a business decision.

There's no way I'd ever turn my back on the club I love over an appointment made by a man who has ensured we have a future, and made in what he believes are the best interests of the club.
