Walking to the ground

Not being completely familiar with that area of Brighton - will there be walking access from East Moulsecoomb (or even Coldean on the other side of the railway) to the stadium from the west, or down the hill from Bevendean?

There is a new footpath /cycleway being built between Moulescoomb and the stadium.
