I'm guessing you mean 'Vous etes merde.... aaaargh!' ?

or perhaps 'Vous etes merde, et vous savez que vous etes!'

:)

It is actually
Voulez-vous Couchez avec moi, ce soir.
As you are using Vous, the ending of the verb has to match the subject.

Also, "Tu es Merde" is the correct way of telling a Frenchman he is shit. Est is used for refering to people in the 3rd person.

Yes, but here 'you' is plural - as in 'the French national football team', so 'vous' would seem more appropriate, n'est-ce pas ??

I'm not 100% sure you're correct, Royal Ali: doesn't the verb "vouloir" here have to agree with its subject, "vous"? In which case the verb "coucher" must be in the infinitive, so "Voulez vous coucher avec moi, ce soir?" would be correct. I think - didn't do AS Level French, so I guess I could be wrong.

And since I'm being a pedantic git, it's German not French in which there is initial capitalisation of nouns other than proper nouns, so you need a lower-case "m" in "merde". If, however, that was just a typo, I apologise, God knows I make enough myself!

From the Del Boy Trotter French dictionary...

"Mange tout Rodney, mange tout!"

And

"Menage a trois!"

Did you fail? Vouloir is a modal verb and is always followed by the infinitive.

http://www.langweb.co.uk/webindex/Frengram.htm

MODAL VERBS – vouloir, pouvoir, devoir ALWAYS FOLLOWED BY THE INFINITIVE

je veux sortir ce soir

Maman est-ce que je peux sortir ce soir
Non, tu ne peux pas ; tu dois rester ici. Tu dois aider ton père

Sorry, Ali, I'm only pedantic in the presence of pedants!

I've always thought that "voulez-vous coucher avec moi ce soir" was an unlikely chat-up line anyway. Far too formal and almost certain to get a response along the lines of "Je vous remercie de votre enquête aimable. Allez vous faire foutre".

une pédante écrit...
Pleased to see the correct use of the "vous" form here, your Lordship.

Sadly you are wrong royal ali, top marks for effort though!

I never thought I would see the day NSC had a french grammar thread.

Eh, Zidane, espece de gros connard, la prochaine fois que je te vois, je vais casser tes jambes, et apres je vais gagner le championnat pour angleterre, la meillure equipe du monde.

Becks must have said something like that, though his grammar is probably better than mine.

Voulez vous coucher avec moi (Yeah yeah yeah yeah)
(Hey sister, go sister, soul sister, flow sister)
He sat in her boudoir while she freshened up
(Hey sister, go sister, soul sister, flow sister)
Boy drank all that Magnolia wine
Upon her black satin sheets
