Virgo on the move ?

Former Seagulls defender Adam Virgo could be set for a return to England with Sheffield United from SPL champions Celtic.
The 23-year-old full-back joined Celtic from Brighton for £1.5million last summer but made only 12 appearances throughout the season.
His first-team chances look set to be limited even further next season as Bhoys boss Gordon Strachan has already signed Scottish international defender Gary Caldwell, while Czech left-back Michal Kadlec could also be arriving at Parkhead.

It means Virgo will be made available to leave and the Blades are reportedly set to swoop as boss Neil Warnock aims to bolster his squad for the Premiership.

If this is true, presumabley we were astute enough to stick in a decent sell on clause when we sold him ?

Think we were too busy snatching their hand off for the 1.5 mill to worry about sell-ons - don't they normally only kick in if the player goes for above what the club paid? Doubt Celtic will recoup their spend on Virgs.

Fair point, just desperately hoping there might have been an unexpected windfall coming our way.
