Virgin V + Box Technical Help Required please

If there are any V + Box 'experts' out there would appreciate your comments. I used to have a normal Virgin box and ran another 2 TV's off of it in the kids bedrooms so they could get all the channels in their rooms. Now the upgrade to V + has been installed I can't seem to get a signal for the 'Sky' channels on either of their sets (didn't even think about it when the engineer was here) The wider internet forums seem to think I should be able to - anyone know if it is possible and any tips on what I should be doing differently to get the signal? Ta for any help
