I'm having trouble with my Virgin Broadband but I'm in Portsmouth, about 20 times today I have had to re set the modem because the internet has disconected.

not with Vigin, but i had somthing similar a while ago. got to the point where i was only on line for about 5 minutes. i cant remember the exact problem, but there was something in the router log, i submitted a call including the error and looked around t'internet for the same issue. after their basic checks found nothing wrong, they were talking about sending an engineer to test the line and that would cost xyz. I asked them to reset at the other end, mentioning something which i had found on a forum, and it cleared up.

had these problems with virgin last week in Brighton. Okay now.

I have. Mine has been fine for the last day or so but Yesterday morning and Monday the virgin box and broadband kept stopping and starting. I'm in BN2 area btw.
