Vinyl or downloads ?

These days, prefer the convenience, and sound quality of downloads, as far as reggae is concerned anyway. Wasnt there some Brazilian billionaire trying to buy up all the vinyl in the world?

That looks like terrible storage conditions for vinyl. A non climate controlled warehouse in Brazil - they're going to be warped to feck pretty quick.

Proper vinyl is the cheap 45s that were recorded as covers and sold only through Woolworths. Stuff like the Typhoons collection of hits made famous by the Beatles. Only 4s 3d when first released. What price today?

Blimey - i have no idea. I have about 2000 physical CD's, but many more songs and albums on blu ray discs etc

Nope. Thomson Reuters since 2000. A number of different roles.

Yes, again.

Always buy second hand where possible for stuff that isn't a new release.

Been stories that some vinyl reissue companies (eg 4 Men With Beards) master from mp3s as well, recently. At least if you buy an original that's not a risk.

Also, they're called records. Vinyl's (sort of) what they're made out of (not directed at you tinycowboy).
