So you know what. I would love Villa to finish seventh.
That means cheating Spurs miss out. 🎉🎉

Yeah I want them to as well. Villa fans will actually appreciate it, where as I remember the year that Spurs got chucked out of the Conference league, they were all saying how they were too good for it anyway. Despite not winning anything in decades.

Villa and Spurs both missing out is way better. Hope we smash them and Brentford nick it.
Sadly, City will be bang up for that one - they won't want any team doing the double over them. I suspect that means it's either Villa or Spurs.

On balance I think I want Spurs to get it, as that will mean two things:
a) We haven't lost to Villa, Spurs have won at Leeds and Leeds are therefore relegated.
b) If Spurs end up selling Kane and have to play in Europe, they might actually follow Leeds next season - because they are shite (except for two players).

Definitely want Spurs to get in to the Conference as they really don't want it! Plus I actually find Villa fans far more irritating than Spurs fans too and don't want them to qualify for Europe.

For a big 6 club, I think Spurs fans are ok, they're not over top arrogant like the others. In fact, I find it quite amusing how negative they always are about their club and chances of success.

It's about next season

Villa will spend big in the summer. They have a wily manager. They have an excellent record against us.

To me, this is about getting into their heads. Or at least getting them out of ours.

We want a comfortable win. We want them to fear us.

I hope we go strong on Sunday. We don't owe Villa anything and there's a degree of proffessional integrity to uphold.
Any pressure is off whoever plays can go out enjoy it and express themselves. We are in great form. I expect we'll use all subs and play players that have had less game time to start, but whatever team we put out its capable of beating anyone especially AV

We owe them a massive afternoon of total shìthousery after what we had to endure at the amex

Yep! This Brighton fan's view on the Villa team is they'll have a lot of fake head injuries, lots of problems with gravity, and lots of general dark arts + shithousery. It'll be a frustrating match from our point of view.

That would mean Leeds staying up …. Think I’d rather Spurs made the Conf League and dirty Leeds were relegated.
It's out of Leeds' hands. If either Leicester win or Everton draw* then Leeds still get relegated.

*unless Leeds beat Spurs by 3 or more, in which case they'd finish above Everton on GS/GD in this scenario.

Villa need to match Spurs' result to finish above them. If they play nicely on Friday, I'd be quite happy to 'help' them a little bit - payback for The Dell 1978 and PGMOL's shameless efforts to make sure we didn't spoil the big clubs' usual party.
