To be fair we have been in administration for 2 years out of those 30, so what were the other 28 a fluke?

You were in administration because you over spent on players, buying your success. You didn't only over spend for 2 seasons, you found administration after years of living outside your means. Apart from those years though, you have earnt your place just above the Championship relegation zone, so kudos.

And the two times we were in administration we were totally asset stripped and still managed to keep our second tier status.

You don't know what assets are do you. Were all of your players taken? Was your ground taken? No, so you weren't totally asset stripped were you.
