Palace refuse permission from Bolton to talk to Lawrence and Flemming....... so if history is anything to go by they will be at Bolton by Friday night!!
Newly appointed Bolton Wanderers manager Dougie Freedman has revealed that he has failed in his attempt to bring his old coaching staff from Crystal Palace.
The 38-year-old left Palace to take charge of the Trotters last week and made an attempt to bring coaches Lennie Lawrence and Curtis Fleming with him to the Reebok Stadium.
However, the Eagles have refused him permission to speak to the pair, who are currently acting as the caretakers managers as the search continues for a full-time boss to replace Freedman.
"Palace feel that right now it's not the right time to let them talk to us," Freedman is quoted as saying in The Sun.
"We've made the call and it's been rejected. We'll watch this space."

It wasn't 'wit' it was highlighting QUOTES that you have written. You suggested most of our fans are new to football / albion from 2011 (something which is clearly factually bollocks) and then it appeared you had PMd [MENTION=2878]Woodchip[/MENTION] asking why we hate Palace. You then used the phrase 'pot kettle black' in an unrelated post further down the page. Do you not see the brilliance of your ignorance and the irony of your ramblings? You made yourself look very silly. Now run along and post on the BBS or wherever as your little influx of posters on here has suprisingly been higher when for the first time in almost a yr, you've managed to (largely via pens from dives) get above us in the league...

Lawrence said after the win at Leicester he and Fleming are loyal to Freedman and he wouldn't be applying for the job. They will,be off as soon as a replacement manager is appointed for sure

To be fair we have been in administration for 2 years out of those 30, so what were the other 28 a fluke? And the two times we were in administration we were totally asset stripped and still managed to keep our second tier status.

Palace know that Lennie Lawrence was the brains of the outfit and Dougie will struggle without him. Having said that when Parish appoints a new manager he might not be wanted in the set up at Smellhurst.
