Yes it's a red I believe, not wearing shin pads is a yellow.

He was wearing shin pads. I've posted the picture on on of the severe hundred threads on this subject that clearly illustrates it. They are, however, very small and low-down as Jack Grealish probably most famously prefers.

Just back, haven't read everything. Under 12s shin pads surely are a token gesture? Not a yellow then.
