Does anybody know whether there is a deadline for the great man to make up his mind? If we're to build a team round him, we'll need to know soon won't we? Just hope his wife likes rain....

I think we need to 'build that team' around him regardless, just it might not be around him as such! So I guess he'll let us know late June/early July at the earliest, based on signings (+ his wife!)

I thought we were "building it around" Bridcutt.

Either way I hope he does sign but somehow I think it will be a while before we find out. This is this summer's LuaLua.

Reckon we'll know by the pre-season tour. If he's going to sign, it'll be before then and he'll be there.

It would be a good idea for him to stay, especially as his kid will be fluent in English which is a good skill to have.

His baby isn't due until June so I would imagine it will be quite late on when he makes his decision especially if he takes his family's views into account. He's a free agent so it could even be after the window closes in August although he did sign before 31st August last season.
