Ok i've asked one. They said, they'd politely take note of the complaint and advise the person that no offense had been commited. Then when the complainer had left they'd laugh at him for being a hysterical old woman.

that was quick i saw on at preton park two police cars came for him took about 10 15 minutes looking for him when they found him they went through his camera like i said you cant dothings like that these days right or wrong

One of the most contentious issues regarding the law and this subject is the photography of children. Basically children fall under the same harassment laws that protect adults, however it is their legal parent or guardian who must give consent, not the child themselves. Whilst it is not illegal to take photographs of children in public places, for example sometimes one cannot help but capture families when shooting near tourist attractions, however we would urge you to use common sense and if you are asked to cease your actions or delete some photographs you have taken please do so immediately. If you are attending an event that children are involved in you should check with event organisers before taking any photographs even if your children are participating in the event itself as many events now feature an outright ban on photography in order to comply with child protection laws and regulations.

Hmmm. It's illegal is it?

i would say taking pics of someone doing there shoppng falls in to this category There's nothing stopping you taking pictures of people in public places within reason, but if you start shoving your zoom lens up their nostrils or taking action shots of their every step, there's a chance you might get a clip around the ear from your aggrieved subject or possibly face a legal charge of harassment or breach of the peace.

Harassment is defined as a 'course of conduct' (so it has to happen at least twice) that causes another person 'alarm or distress', but we have to say that the bullying and aggressive antics of the paparazzi would suggest that prosecutions are few and far between.

he hiself said posting pictures of family memebers was going to far then it turns out he had put them all over twitter

So what will the police do about the photo of his children? This is what we were discussing. You're now changing your angle of argument. If you want to debate the legality of the children being in the photo then let's do it. I've proven you wrong, stop trying to make yourself look like an imbecile.

Do you think Vicente is on the phone to the police right now?

Or do you think perhaps you are just being a complete twat?

I'm sure he is well used to people taking pictures of him and his family, the same as every top footballer. It's not illegal and no harm done. You need to get some perspective

You're wasting your time with this little prick. He's basically accused me of being a paedo, I offered to meet him in person for a straightener and he declined, surprise, surpise

Yeah, I put the original pic on twitter - then I realised that Vicente's family were on there (you couldn't see their faces as they both had their back to me), and took the picture down straightaway.

Like I said, the guy is a shithouse, a yellow bastard

Well when you're related to a senior police officer and they're at your house for the day it's just easy to ask her what her forces reaction would be.
