Maybe it was wrong but did read that Competing in Championship League is worth a min of £30m. What is competing in Europa League worth

I did a rough calc for how much USG would've earned in prize money for winning their group (with 4 wins out of 6) and then getting through the Round of 16 before being knocked out in the QFs. This was approx £10m. If they were to have won it, they'd have received a further £14m (approx) in addition to this.

This will be significant income for a Belgium team but fairly modest in relation to PL prize money, where minimum is around £100m with an extra £2.5m per position in the final table. There'll obviously be extra matchday income from home group-stage games and then home legs of subsequent KO games, which would most likely sell out. Another financial benefit will be in raising the profile of the club and the extra commercial revenue that this will attract.

If a clubs gets knocked out of Europa are they then put in the other competition like sides do when knocked out of CL

Yes, I believe if you finish 3rd in your Europa Group then you end up in the Conference similar to how Champions League 3rd place teams end up in the Europa
