Difficult one really when it comes to sentencing a miner.

I hear that Thatcher was screaming for the death penalty to be imposed on Scargill after he was arrested at Orgreave cokeworks in May 1984.

Well, I'd have had no problem with the killers of Jamie Bulger getting such a sentence.

However you wonder whether the US may have a better solution to crimes such as this, and maybe the answer is somewhere in the sentence "using his own hunting rifle, a shotgun designed specifically for children."
