Go to Sheffield, do this course. Go to all your innitial lectures and tutorials and after a month say you hate it and are having personal problems and would benefit a change of course.
Then select a more respected course and normally, because you are already at that uni, they will allow you to swap regardless of grades, especially if you bend the truth a little.
Then you can slack off attendance and get a 2:2 from a decent uni in a good course.
