Doesn't look too bad if we can get 2 or 3 points from the next 2 games!

If we keep winning our home games, i can see us finishing about 17-19th

3 points against forest would be nice.
then again im going to sheff utd game, so 3 points there would be even better. just thinking if we beat the relegation rivals that would be more important.

i'd happily take three points although of course 4 or even 6 would be awesome. coventry could easily come a cropper and gills v plymouth will be interesting. but i reckon watford could have it hardest, crewe at home will be tough followed by wigan away. the more you look at the fixtures the more 3 pts looks a good return and very acceptable

We could get away with 4 more wins this season, interspersed with a few draws here and there to see us safe.

Despite the odd result here and there lately, Rotherham would have to hit promotion form to have any chance of beating the drop. Too little too late, the damage has been done already to their season and they are doomed. Forest are simply awful and seem utterly incapable of stringing any kind of form together to pull themselves away. Gillingham or Cardiff could conceivably string some results together to get out of trouble, but its very doubtful that they would both be capable of that - one of those two is destined for the bottom 3. And there are teams who could very easily get dragged in to trouble. Plymouth are on an abysmal run of form, and Coventry have never quite shaken off the lower reaches.

Meanwhile, the Albion have hit a little 4-match unbeaten streak and are managing to put some very clear daylight between ourselves and the bottom 3. A tough run-in, but we are ticking over nicely as we have done all season, keeping our heads above water. It just needs someone to go into freefall and we really are sitting pretty. As it is, I reckon 4 more wins with a few draws is all thats needed.

Leicester are playing VERY badly at the moment.. I would not be suprised to see them creep down with watford and coventry.

and also today reports suggest QPR should have won by 3 or 4.

Rotherham have the same points as we did at this stage two years back and we almost stayed up. They won't though! :D

A hard earned draw at Sheff Utd followed by a win at home to Notts Forest would be an absolutely brilliant return and would leave us only needing perhaps another 3 wins and a couple of draws to stay up.

I am hoping that Cardiff and Leeds draw with each other, we must still be in with a chance of finishing above the fast fading Yorkshire giant, "are you Wednesday in disguise"...

As long as we dont LOSE to Forest, I will be happy. A point from that game will maintain the gap and I think that is what we should aim for.
