Unsubstantiated transfer dribble

Brighton have failed with 7 - yes 7 approaches for strikers since June. Main initial problem was CMS refusing to go as part of exchange. Club now has stricter financial control - loan only signing until 3 players (all transfer listed) leave. Loan targets now Nile Ranger and Bebe. One of the 2 was meant to be in by Saturday - looks now that due to internal controls will not happen before end of transfer deadline. Source: reliable within club.??????

To be honest, I've heard similar things to what the OP has said. Not heard that we're interested in either Bebe or Ranger but both would be realistic. We tried to use CMS as a make weight in the transfers, but as no one wanted to pay the large transfer fee plus wages after his average season, this is why some players are being forced out to create funds

Yup, when Rangers drop three divisions due to financial problems, portsmouth are on the brink, port vale are struggling, cardiff have had to sell their colours to stay afloat, having tight financial controls is really terrible.

Is that supposed to be your source, or are you saying you've heard some bollox and they claimed their source was reliable within the club? Ie, should we ignore you, or swear at you?

Anybody that has been reading NSC over the last couple of months could've come up with that old bollocks.Theres been thread after thread about one striker or another, CMS leaving ect, we've all heard the rumours about Barber replacing whatisname because of us overspending and we all know that 3 or 4 players are on their way out. There's already been rumours on here about Ranger & Bebe. Its all rehashed NSC bullshit

Sounds a mix of logic and fiction ..... But no hard facts. Still ...... No more or no less than rest of rumours for last 5 weeks. The only logical or likely to be true element is that it will go down to deadline if we do get someone in....
