Likewise, I’m hoping they are made legal as i have one myself, but with provision for compulsory training, and registration.
Hoping for insurance as well that can be included with existing motorcycle / car policy’s.
Others to have personal liability cover.

Why do you feel that scooters should have all the above, yet cyclists who can go a lot faster (assuming scooters will be limited to 15.5 mph) and e-bike riders are exempt from the conditions you are suggesting?
Simply put, why do scooters need all that, yet the other users, don't?
