Always used to be free at the stadium, but can't see anything on the club site to say either way.

Free parking in Bennetts Field next to stadium.
Doesn't appear to be anything re the Amex - although the notes do cover Lancing and Crawley. Odd.
Important Information
All Under 23s home Premier League 2 games are free of charge to all Albion Season Ticket Holders.
All cup games are not included as part of the Season Ticket, so Season Ticket Holders will have to buy tickets for these games. These games will be labelled clearly.
Games at the American Express Community Stadium:
Tickets can be issued as Print@Home tickets (avoiding the booking fee), posted, or collected from the stadium (booking fee applies for post & collect). All tickets will be located in the West Lower stand, with unreserved seating. (NB tickets will not be loaded to season cards).
Games at the American Express Elite Performance Centre, Lancing:
Tickets must be booked in advance, as no tickets will be available on the door.
All tickets for matches at the training ground will be issued as Print@Home. Please remember to print your tickets and bring them with you on the day. There are no ticket office facilities at the training ground, so anyone arriving without a ticket will be refused entry.
Parking is available free of charge, but limited.
Games at the Broadfield Stadium, Crawley:
Some home games take place at Crawley Town FC. These matches cannot be booked in advance. Tickets can be purchased at the turnstile at the same prices as above. Season Ticket Holders can gain access by showing their season card on the turnstile.
