The current squad is good enough for top half. One of them or a new player needs to start scoring more regularly for too six though. I'm still not ruling that out from Baldock or CMS though.

I think the real test will be Middlesbrough, from what I have seen of them on TV they could finish in the top 2.

It's quite obvious where our deficiency lies. We won't go down but we need to accept that if we want to advance we either need to spend fairly big or get lucky on a an upcoming young hungry striker. If O'Grady is the answer then I forgot what the question was.
