'Were' is past tense. It is We're f***ing brilliant, and we are f***ing brilliant!
I don't know what the name of the original tune is, but i think Chelski 'fans' sang it about Jose mourinho, using his name, not 'we're f***ing brilliant', that was us started in Peterborough last season, i believe.
