Trying to register online

Two of my friends have sent an email to the club asking for their fan number and password and got no response. After ringing the ticket line tonight, both were given their fan number and password.
When they are attempting to log in all they get is the following message -

Your customer profile cannot use the web. Please contact the club.

Is there anything that can be done - all three are white members and are trying to get the friends and family sorted in prep for online sales on wednesday for away members.

If they have been given their Fan Numbers and Passwords, they should be able to log on without any problem. Can they try again, and then if they still can't get on PM details.
