Is it worth clearing out cookies then trying again ?
What about if one of the others in your party attempts the purchase instead of you?
A different account and/or different card might work.

Tried all 3 of us , multiple cards, even had others who have got their own tickets try, no luck, we all have 390+ points , so frustrating , won't be able to contact club until next window opens

Just my iPhone, I’ve googled it now and done it via settings. I’ve had trouble recently getting my Ticketshafter account up but this seems to have helped.
