Fighting amongst the crowd at the match between Italy and Scotland - the match is currently being shown on Sky (BBC Sport Scotland)

The trouble was called by groups of Italians, armed with sticks, charging and attacking the police . The Tartan Army were apparently not involved.

How would i know?I'm pissed.
I've got a bad feeling about the up and coming games between Liverpool and Juventus. They haven't played since Heysel.

Don't think there is anything to worry about there bakesy, Liverpool and Juve have had a bit of a love in since the horrific events 20 years ago, it should pass off peacefully.

I hate to a harbinger of doom, but I fear that's a very optimistic view of the two ties - I certainly hope I'm wrong.

The chief execs may have said a lot about about closer ties now, etc - but it wasn't their mates killed on the day, and this could be one of those occasions where the view of the Juve top brass is completely at odds with their hard-core fans.

What Liverpool and their supporters think is largely irrelevant. It's how the Italians react that is the key. They saw themselves, rightly, as the victims.
