Trivia help required

Anyone know the answer to this question:

Who is the only player to have won the Premiership, FA Cup, Champions League and UEFA Cup*, and has been relegated from the Premiership?

*The UEFA Cup one is a bit dodgy, as he apparently didn't play in the final, but he did receive a winners medal.

I don't know the answer but can research people's suggestions.

Was thinking Teddy Sheringham, but don't think he played in the uefa cup

Apprently this is the correct answer but Yahoo doesn't show him as winning the UEFA cup. It is based onhim winning the UEFA Cup when at Inter Milan in the 90's.
