Yes, but some nerds will argue that Zamora was the highest though at £100,000 plus (30%x (£1.5m - £100k) = £520,000

Most transfer fees are agreed to be the upfront amount which ignores sell-ons and performance related sums, according to the PFA, so Zamora strictly is a £100,000 signing (about what he is worth now in fact)
