Trains to port vale

Could any of the rail experts on here tell me the best way to get from Brighton up to London tomorrow?

I need to catch a train from Euston at 09.40 but have been told there are works on the line from Gatwick to Victoria.

Can anyone clarify and offer any suggestions. Is it quicker to get the rail replacement bus or go via Littlehampton or what??

Thats the train im supposed to be on but Ive been told theres works on the line from Gatwick.
