The pitch is in very good condition,the ladies played there last season and came back yesterday for cup game against Gillingham.During the summer all the schools in Brighton have their sports days there so the pitch takes a bit of a battering,there is also 3 Brighton athletics clubs who use it as their base.The deal with the Albions groundsmen is for 5 years and then a possible 5 years after that.
