There is a list of the companies involved in the strike on BBC website. Southern and Thameslink members did not vote for strike action. Of course if network rail staff strike that changes things.

RMT striking Wednesday 27th, thats Network Rail staff, signallers and maintainance. Aslef strike Saturday 30th, drivers for most but not all ToC. odd one, are they negotiating for different pay per franchise?

the clever thing here is 2 days of disruption for 1 day lost pay.

RMT have just announced they are calling for strike action on the 18th and 20th August.

Southern Rail have announced they will be operating trains as normal on Saturday 30 July and would like to apologise for the inconvenience this will cause.
