It was the 6th put we have a game at home with our arch rivals Exeter on that date, we are thinking of the 22nd September I know that is pushing it as it's just over 2 weeks away

it's hard to organise as Torquay have the same home/away as us most of the time!!

Don't confuse the super Plymouth fans with Torquay. A few years ago when Eastbourne Borough were in Conf. Premier a coach load of us went to Torquay. We were not allowed in club bar,we were surrounded by stewards the whole match and as soon as the match finished we were escorted to our coach to ensure the the 40 or so OAP supporters did not cause a riot in the town ! The home supporters were also not friendly. All in all one of the worst away days I have had in 50yrs of supporting both Boro and Seagulls

This is a statement from Torquay.

With reference to Tuesday 22nd September, the AFT have received the following communication from TUFC and TUST:

With regard to the attendance of Plymouth Argyle fans at our game against Boreham Wood on Tuesday 22nd.
As the club’s Safety Officer I have monitored both set of fans forums since this idea was first proposed. I can assure you that our Ground Safety Management Team are well versed in the possibility of away fans attending games in the Popside; although not normally welcome ones.
I have discussed, in detail, the matter with both the Football Liaison Officers and the Football Intelligence Officers from Torquay and Plymouth. We are all in agreeance that this is a marvellous offer from very genuine Plymouth Argyle fans whose only agenda is to provide support for their Devon neighbours.
To this end we will not object to the invasion of the Green Army, on this occasion, in the Popular Terrace or any other part of the home sections of The Launa Windows Stadium. We will of course monitor the situation throughout the evening.
As a club we will put into place a method for thanking the Argyle supporters who have travelled.
