Too many matches.

I like Gus Poyet and believe he is going to be a very good manager for B&HA. However, I do find it annoying when managers complain about tiredness of players caused by too many matches. There seems little point in such moaning other than to give an excuse to the players and manager should the team fall below the required standard. It could hardly be said that four matches in 29 days is particularly energy-sapping anyway.

A heavy pitch is going to take more out of the players than too many matches at the moment.Stockport's ploughed field would be a valid excuse if there were a few weary legs tomorrow.

It's a boring excuse especially from the top premiership managers who rotate their squads anyway. Apart from Rooney, who plays every game for Manure!!!
