A true Hollywood legend indeed. I remember watching The Great Race at the Astoria in 1965/66, another excellent film, again featuring Jack Lemmon, in the role of Professor Fate.

Should have got an Oscar for the Boston Strangler but I think there was some politics involved as the real Boston Strangler was still alive and in fact he was never convicted of his crimes as he was mentally unfit.

I've never really looked into the Boston Strangler. The case sounds fascinating.
