Tony wipes the floor with him. Levy is predictable - he will try to screw every last penny out of you when selling, even when it starts to harm his own team's preparation and morale, whilst he can be profligate when buying, an excess of vanity over sanity, i.e. Ndombele, Richarlison, Lo Celso, Sanchez.

Tony is the master of both buying and selling. Who else could sell an entire team for £395million within 2 years whilst looking forward to their first ever European campaign.
