Anyway, for me, the time for amusing managers at the Albion has gone. We've had mad, deaf drunks before. We need experience and knowledge of the division.

I would support Tony Adams if we were a shit team that was rebuilding like Wycombe.
However, we already have a decent team. All it needs is a bit of fine tuning. So we need someone with experience who can maintain the momentum and not change things around too much. Much like Peter Taylor two years ago.
