Hither and Thither
I cooked for our Sunday evening meal haddock fillets in foil, with chunky Delia chips, peas with fresh mint, and butter cooked leeks (also Delia).

Washed down with two bottles of Timothy Taylors Landlord from Tesco's.

Very passable.


Essentially, fish, chips and peas and beer. A timeless combination.

By the way I call it tea, although I am under presure to call it dinner (which used to be what is now known as lunch).
