Withdean: 9,000 x £25 = £225,000

That is the difference the Amex makes.... with refreshments and others on top that's prob £250k more...

great effort by all, Hats off to the Mackams and safe journey home and hats of to the Seagulls in the North East and West, great noise for those last 30 mins and throughout the 2nd half, was like and extra man, even the old guy next was singing!!

Do 1901's get cup games for free? Would reduce the numbers some. Still the average ticket price tonight was probably a bit higher than that and we only had an 8000 capacity at Withers so the gap is probably even wider and the gap in our percentage from catering incomes plus extra programmes etc must be phenomenal.

Well not exactly free as they pay £91 a month but it does cover all first team games including cup matches.
