Lewes Supporters Club Chairman Cliff Hart (LEWES CLIFF on here) has asked me to post this message.

Basically Lewes Supporters Club want to make presentation to North Stand Chat for there support of Lewes F.C. due to the NIMBY's pulling out of sponsoring the Basingstoke game and NSC taking over the reigns. (Yes I know it's now the Redbridge game which is being sponsored but it was at first the Basingstoke game). The presentation will take place at half time on the pitch but basically they just need someone who will be there to pick it up. Any Volunteers? My suggestion is Lord Bracknell who arranged the sponsoring of the game but it's not up to me.

So what do you say.

I thought Yorkie's entire raison d'etre was to be perceived as a teenage nerd. She will be so disappointed.

Seriously, Yorkie receiving the presentation is a fine idea. As long as we can see it on the North Stand Chat mantlepiece afterwards.

As the people who pledged their tenner (or more, in some cases) will know, I sent a PM last night to all of them about this.

Not everyone has replied yet. However ... Yorkie and Tom Hark Preston Park will definitely be at the game. But I'm sure that a welcome will be given to any more "pledgers" who want to add to the party.

If Yorkie and Tom Harks are definitely going to the game then they will be the two to get the presentation. Not sure who Tom Harks is but have seen Yorkies face on here a few times so will try and see her before the game to arrange it. I will be in the bar from around 7O'clock.
