Only 63, first Peely, then the Vancemeister. Never a fan of his type of music, but you could tell he walked the walk.

Good luck on the Stairway to Heaven Tommy

RIP

When I heard that on the radio this morning I thought of his jingle

TV Listen to the radio
TV play that rock n roll

or something like that

Another sad day for British broadcasting. At least Johnnie Walker seems to have made a good recovery.

Vance was a great broadcaster like Peel.

Terrible shame I liked his shows

Wasn't a fan of his music, but his voiceover for Channel 5's 'Dumb & Dumberer' was incredible...

Used to like his VH1 rock show a few years back. Amazing voice too. Such a great shame.
