Just heard this from his brother Gary Gus is fuming by all accounts

What a load of old bollocks. Bloom has backed Gus to the hilt, the budget has been agreed, we are not a selling club. Why in the name of holy FRIG would Elphick be sold "behind Gus's back" ?

Utter, utter tripe.

We can't keep 'em all, and he had slipped down the pecking order because of his injury. I wish him all the best, him and Cook will make a formidable pair.

1. Thats wikipedia, anybody can edit it, you can't use that as evidence that the transfer has been completed.
2. the reference for that line in the article is from wearebrighton.com, a fan made website, which is far from an official source
